FOMO = Fear of missing out.
Admittedly, I only recently learned this little phrase, although I’ve been well acquainted with the feeling in the past. As it pertains to voice over, casting sites in particular, it’s the fear that if you walk out of your studio for 10 minutes, or an hour, or heaven forbid, even an entire day or week… you’re going to miss out on so many great opportunities.
